  Rooms were clean but sparsely decorated. Advertised minibar but the fridge was empty. Also advertised toiletries but in a room for two there was 1 toothbrush, comb, small pack of tissues and 1 small gel and shampoo. Dinner was buffet style and VERY disappointingly but breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers.

  Estamos alojados en él desde este martes y mañana domingo nos vamos . Falta personal; para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas; deja mucho que desear . Esto no lo debería de permitir un director. Se les olvidan de cambiar las toallas, la limpieza; regular! . Falta de personal, coordinador y alguien que se preocupe del estado de este hotel y de sus clientes; porque como. O mejore ; se irá al garete!!

  In less than 24h in the hotel: I arrive at the room and the bathroom is broken. I go to sleep, the AC was too high during the night and now is 40° outside and is not working10am and I go to the swimming pool, they have a weird DJ playing music too loud like he is in Ibiza, wasn't this a hotel to relax? All the families in the pool are freaking out like us. Anyway, it is 5pm and I might only need a coffee: they do not serve coffee. I get back to my room and they haven't clean it and they do not have towels due to a problem with the provider. Good thing? It can only get better or not

  Very nice and clean hotel, and at £45 a night we'll worth the money. The hotel has been repainted outside, it's not pink anymore, is a beige color

  Hotel de querer y no poder buenas instalaciones, estupenda y comodisima cama. Pero una pena que el servicio de bufete deje sin postre a los clientes por desidia.

  Todo limpio y el personal muy bien en general. El spa decente, una pena que hubiera varias cosas estropeadas Las habitaciones muy bien, y lo mejor el desayuno Mucha variedad y todo muy rico
  Fácil acceso por autovía y cerca de los Alcazares. Alrededor del hotel hay poca oferta de ocio.

  Bastante mejor de lo que me esperaba. He de decir que la ubicación es bastante mala, está en medio de la nada, quizás por eso su precio.
  
  Tanto el personal como el hotel están muy bien. Nosotros lo cogimos sin ninguna duda por la piscina y porque estaba cerca de la zona de playa y el mar menor (eso si, para desplazarse en coche)
  
  Lo malo que le veo es la ubicación y el restaurante. Decidimos cenar una noche y la comida es bastante mala. Tenían buffet con muy poca variedad y sin sabor. Además de eso bastante caro para lo que sirven. Al día siguiente decidimos cambiar y fuimos a un restaurante indio que hay al otro lado de la carretera, este sin 100% recomendable.
  
  Por las mañanas para desayunar recomendable tambien la Perla Negra, justo enfrente del hotel, incluso para tomar una copa por la noche.

  Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere. Good: comfort, design, idea. Not good: technical equipment (condition unit, light, water)
