We had a fantastic stay , Staff very friendly and helpful .!beautiful hotel and a fantastic location we enjoyed the spa and our room was very modern , spacious and great views ! Breakfast had plenty of variety ! The hotel has obviously been renovated to a very high and modern standard ! We will book again ! Plenty to do and see in Cartagena! Very historic place ! Food great and cheap good bars and great for walking to ! All in all 5 stars ! For. A city we felt very relaxed and almost at home with out the stresses of a city break ! We would highly recommend!!!

The hotel was very nice for the price and it is very central. However, the reception we received was quite rude when discussing parking (we got shouted at for parking it on the temp spot outside despite not have any information on where to park even after requesting it over email. On the subject of parking, it is a underground car park near the hotel. It has extremely small parking spaces so I would not recommend taking a medium or large car there.

Not bad. Parking had plenty of space in the basement which is out of the sun. Get a ticket from reception and remember to park in the hotel bays. Room was nice and clean and also big. My room 311 was quite near the lifts and was a bit noisy. I wear ear plugs though. The cleaner was a bit over zelous, one bottle with water in being taken from the bedroom side. Overall not a bad hotel. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants on the door step. Decently furnished.
Breakfast did not look good. 15 euros a head! We had 3 of us get 2 courses and drinks at a local breakfast place for 15 euros. The breakfast room had no windows and looked depressing and overpriced.response / report this review -
