A hospital is always important, but the service and waiting times CAN be horrible here, yet it's clean which is great

Worst place I've ever taken my kid to. "Private" emergency paediatric and be doctor was horrible to my child and that was after we waited nearly and hour to see him.

Ara mateix i soc, no puc caixar-me de l'espera, ja que després el tracte es una delicia, el personal es molt maco i a sobre descubreixo que puc tenir mentre passen el temps, potser la sala d'espera es petita pero acullidora i ven situada.

Telephone attendance is totally archaic and unacceptable. For a simple question, waiting time is tens of minutes. Line cut upon transfer. Impossible to reach the good department. Many attempts. Shame. Staff friendly and apparently competent though.

Un horror !!! cua llarguíssima al mostrador d'urgències. Sala d'espera de poca capacitat. Personal "poc despert" . Buscaré alternatives per la propera vegada, aquí no hi torno

1,5 hours in emergency waiting, then no tests, no diagnosis, no treatment. 9 month old son is feeling worse and still having trouble breathing.
