Nice hotel but dated.food average

Nice hotel great location, staff were friendly but could be more helpful. 12€ a night for parking seems expensive. Breakfast was a good selection but food was quite cold. Gym is very well equipped but cost additional €5. Spa cost 15€ which is a bit much for the facilities and probably not worth it unless you go the gym as well.

We took an experience including breakfast, spa and a night in the hotel. It was a wonderful one! It's really close to Bilbao and Durango is a small town so the hotel is reachable by public transport. The rooms are really nice, although one can listen to the noise coming from the rooms nearby (but it's not too noisy). The service is very nice and polite, according to the status of the hotel

I was here for business meeting with partners. They say hotel is great,rooms confy and staff professional and friendly. Cosy building and garden. There is a Metropolitan gym inside.
