  Gave us a room that stank like sweat first but gave us a different one after complaining. Not a single toilet brush in the whole hotel - how is that possible? Had to buy our own one or ring up house cleaning Everytime after using the toilet 🤣 but the receptionists and staff were really nice and helpful. 5 stars to them but not a single one for the facilities :P

  Great location right next to the metro. Room is large and quite. Staff are extremely helpful and their english is great. My Spanish is terrible. Some very good restaurants nearby add to the varity.

  I had a totally positive experience here. High standard facilities, terrific value for money and Diana from reception has been amazing .. She made my stay ! Great spacious room, many tasty choices at the restaurant .. Loved the spa area ! I would come back and I would certainly reccommend it to anyone.

  The location is awesome, right next to Plaza Castillo metro (blue line 1) and extremely close to the U.K. Visa center and the Torres.
  
  The hotel itself is not bad at all but the card keys lose their charge literally after 1 min being close to an iPhone. I had to change my key twice in less than 24 hrs.
  
  The breakfast is nice but the coffee disgusting (but there's a maccafe nearby)
  
  The water temperature in the shower changes a lot from hot to cold (maybe I was unlucky).

  Near the Chamartin railway station. There are some facilities to eat or drink somethings. The room was clean and spacious. The check-in was quick.
