I've been buying here for several years, but they seem to have changed suppliers. I always ask them to send me photos to see the hair I want and this time they have cheated me. They didn't send me the same one in the photo. I called to complain and the answer was that when they make a collection of shoes not all of them come out the same and that the owner was on a trip. That they would call me, a little over a month waiting. I ordered 200 grams, the hair is of very poor quality, it gets tangled in the end, €250.00 lost. I will never buy here again

I went to this site to buy a trip from Almería to Madrid since I have an African store. I bought a lot of products, paid and then left since they were going to send them to my address. When I arrived I was missing things, I sent them messages to complain but they ignored me and then told me I was a liar. They are scammers.

Very poor quality hair, we bought lace with my daughter, and it gets tangled, it's mixed hair, it's not 100% natural. Please do not leave the money in that place because you will regret it.
They did not want to return our money, we felt cheated, with the number of hair stores around, what a bad luck to have entered there! 90 euros thrown away
