  They did not mount the condensation drain, so I cannot use the equipment that was installed three months ago. They did not let me have the pipettes that come with the devices, therefore I cannot order it from another company (paying more). Get the idea

  Very unprofessional. You call them thinking that you are going to hire the services of "Climatel" and they send you home to installers that belong to other companies. To top it all, these installers did not bring plugs, ladders, or basic tools to install an air conditioner. They had a very rude and "buddy" attitude.
  Later, this "Adrian" from "Climatel" has taken more than two months to deliver the documents that must be presented to the official bodies, which prove that the installation has been carried out by "Climatel" and that it has been done by installers officers. How reliable is everything?
  They should do more inspections because this all smells like they have some huge shenanigans.

  Contact the manager by phone for a quote. The budget was adjusted to our needs. Installation of 2 devices in 1 morning. They did not charge the visit of the budget for what is a plus. recommendable
