The operator who came was efficient and pleasant, but the rates are downright outrageous. Just for "urgency" and "travel" they charged me 121 euros (the price of the service was separate). In the case of business hours (a Friday early afternoon), that I had to wait more than an hour and a half for them to arrive and that I live less than minutes by car from Gracia, I do not understand the reason for such a price.
I had to resort to them because the lock on the front door did not work. Charging almost 300 euros to open a door with a simple gesture (inserting a kind of X-ray through the slot) seems enormously excessive and exorbitant. I would not recommend it at all.response / report this review -

I could not put the key in the lock and when I tried to do so, a piece broke inside me, so they had to change the cylinder because it could not be removed
