  Great service! Was at my door in 20 minutes after I called. Opened my apartment door. When I called, someone was able to speak English and help me. Courteous and fast! Highly recommended!

  I came here close to closing to get copies made of two keys, and the person there was more than helpful despite the fact that they were shutting shop soon. The service was quick, I had both keys in under ten minutes and it was affordable as well. They seemed to do pretty much everything to do with keys and locks as well.

  We needed a locksmith to open the door to our apartment, which jammed and couldn't be opened with our keys. They told us the price before coming and gave us two options when it came to changing our lock, which is appreciated if we consider that the other locksmiths we contacted asked us 3 times more than Mon Clau asked us, without us knowing what they would do to our door. The price was acceptable, the worker was very professional and kind. Thank you

  Made three keys - none work. Don’t know who is happy with their service. Definitely not me.
  
  In response to the comment that anything at all was discussed with me I’m calling BS on that. Add lack of integrity to the list.
  
  I’ve found a much better place round the corner.
