  I know anxiety very closely. He visited me as a teenager and stayed with me for a while. I tried several approaches without result and with Alfredo I connected instantly. He knew how to accompany me but above all he gave me tools. Now it is I who help others in managing anxiety. 100% recommended

  Years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Guillermo on a personal level and, over the years, I have walked with him also on a professional level. I can say that he is one of the best psychologists that someone can find, not only for his extensive and varied training but, above all, for the warmth and listening ability he transmits. With his closeness he manages to feel safe and with that incredible ability to look at life with confidence, he manages to transmit exactly the same to those around him. I can't think of a better option to improve the quality of life.

  I am too small trying to express in a review everything that my experience with these wonderful professionals has meant. But it all started connecting with them in a talk about Anxiety and Creativity.
  
  Feeling heard, understood, not judged, clothed and so many emotions at once in a matter of minutes while answering my questions. Woha, overwhelmed.
  
  I had always had those cultural fears of "not trusting whether going to therapy was useful, if I was going to know how to find a psychologist to trust, that if you really are strong mentally, you should be able to deal with your emotional problems with your emotional problems. to be throwing money, if they sell smoke and a horrible etc. " but it was to meet them and feel immediately that with them, all those irrationalities vanished.
  
  And from here to the adventure that has changed my life.
  And here we continue, almost two years later.
  One of my best vital decisions.
