Without any Spanish, it's difficult to find out how it works. After 9.30am there are volunteer English translators they are excellent and the service we received from the nurse clinic was good and free of charge.

Went in with a throat infection, staff very pleasant, Doctor efficient and the volunteer translator was excellent. EHIC and Passport was all I needed and prescription charge was very cheap

Very kind doctor, helpful personnel. My pretty bad infection got sorted out in no time! 👍😁 Only the building could do with some development / investment.

I had a serious allergy, i had to visit the emergency room. Doc was so kind and quickly injected and finally released it. Thank you.

Urgencia department. Excellent . Receptionists , nurses and doctors all caring and professional Waiting time minimal.
Ambulance call out. Fantastic. Used a number of times with very sick husband. Kind, caring, thorough in bedside care.
Help with languages. The volunteer interpreters are always friendly and helpful. An excellent service.
Reception.The majority of the kind appointment receptionists are sadly let down by the attitude of a couple of women who should never be in a job of interacting with humans. Never looking up at the person at the desk. Chewing gum. Hostile attitude to foreigners.
X-ray department. Good to have this facility in the centre. Serviced by friendly ladies,
Physio dept. Very good attention and friendly physiotherapists.
Nursing staff. Excellent care. especially the home visits with very sick people.
Doctors. Our doctor for many years , Maria Quesada, was superb. She had a capacity for caring for a patient with understanding, listening to them and always giving encouragement for recovery. Sadly she left the practise almost 3 years ago.
I wish I could say something positive about her replacement.
The Health Centre building has had a few improvements over my 12 years but a new Centre is desperately needed. The dedicated staff deserve a modern place to work in.response / report this review -
