Es un edificio y un lugar en general con mucho encanto. Las habitaciones a cada cual mejor. Amplias, muy cómodas, climatización de diez, con una decoración con mucho gusto y que te traslada a un ambiente de hace varias decenas de años. El anfitrión impecable en las formas y el trato. Y el precio fantástico para lo que pudimos vivir y disfrutar. La ubicación perfecta para visitar Carmona. Está todo a mano si queremos ir andando y con parking en la misma puerta. Algunas opiniones sobre el lugar hablan de muebles o zonas deterioradas y decir que esos comentarios no hacen justicia. Estamos en un edificio histórico de hace varios siglos y con la mayoría del mobiliario formado por antigüedades, nada más lejos de la realidad y un lujo poder disfrutar de algo así.

El palacio es precioso pero después de estar en la habitación unos cinco minutos te das cuenta del estado lamentable en el que se encuentra. La humedad del ambiente llega a preocuparme respirarla durante toda una noche.
Una pena porque el lugar es de película de época pero no cumple ni con unos mínimos.response / report this review -

Mooi gebouw maar ook nog met middeleeuwse comfort. Geen 4* waard en te duur voor wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Kamer ruikt naar riool, de vloer ligt los, veel lawaai van zwembad s'ochtends om half 5. Dan reinigt hij zichzelf met het lawaai van een jacuzzi. Ramen van badkamer maken hele nacht geluid wanneer ramen openstaan. geen lift in het hotel. Geen terras..geen leven..geen minibar..geen werkende kluis..
Van het matras kregen wij beide rugklachten.
Het ontbijt was wel lekker. Geen buffet maar alles aan je tafel. Het restaurant is wel héél stijlvol met goede ober en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten.response / report this review -

Seguro que tuvo su momento de explendor, pero este ya a pasado. En general necesita una reforma urgente para adecuarse a lo que se espera de una casa "Palacio", en general está todo muy deteriorado por el paso de los año.

Palacio precioso muy bien conservado. Lo visitamos a medio día y nos dejaron ver los patios y salones. Por la noche volvimos a tomar una copa. Habrá que volver a pernoctar

We adored our stay at Casa De Carmona, the building itself is truely beautiful, steeped in atmosphere, much like staying in a fabulous, slightly shabby-chic private house. We were only able to stay for two nights and are already planning a return trip, the owner, Felipe, made us feel so welcome. He is, incidently, an exceptional cook, the dining room, created out of an old stable block, is stunning.
We were there in early March, not particually good weather, however, that did nothing to spoil our stay, there is so much to see in the area, Roman remains around every corner, Carmona is such a perfect hill-top town, as well as the Roman remains there is a really stunning church, a miniature version of the Cathedral in Seville. I could,nt reccomend anywhere more highly.response / report this review -

Quite possibly one of the most charming hotels I have ever stayed in.
The palace itself is beautiful and provided a welcome respite from the hot heat of Seville itself.
