The location and hotel is very nice, the view from the terrace excellent and the proximity to the town ideal. Our dinner at the onsite restaurant was good. We will definitely be back and try the food again with an excellent meal, this would have been a 5 star review :)

Impressive building with incredible views. Comfortable rooms. Very good food. Reasonably priced. Close to the town. Would have been 5 stars but the restaurant is inadequately staffed resulting in long delays. This is not a comment on the staff who really made a massive effort. The issue would have been fixed with a couple of extra staff on duty, particularly on nights when they have large tour groups.

Wonderful venue, pool was great. Staff were somewhat less attentive, but there are a large numbers of groups there and it was pretty busy. Food at the restaurant was 3.5 to 4.0 out of five. Overall pretty good but somewhat on the pricey side for Spain. I think they need to up the service a little to make it truly worth the price.

It is in a lovely town full of great restaurants. Situated on a massive hill there is a great view from all rooms. The pool is amazing and very quiet. Not many people!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service! A few small comments: In the evening, there were many flies and bugs in the restaurant. Perhaps some more repellents required? Also, our room was below the restaurant, and the soundproofing was inadequate. I don't think we have ever heard so much table and chairs noise in a hotel room ever! But overall, a great experience to stay !

On a spectacular hilltop, the Parador is a wonderful place to stay. Free parking inside the old walls. Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable, albeit simply furnished rooms. (Ours had a great view over the plain below, although we right underneath the balcony terrace above, so the sound of scraping chairs slightly detected from the magic.) Beautiful courtyard with fountain. The restaurant was hit and miss; of the 6 things we had at dinner, 3 were good (especially the oxtail stew), but the others were meh, and the wait staff seemed at best distracted. Great breakfast buffet (19eur/person), but again, the staff were forgetful. In summary, almost very good.

Beautiful surroundings at the town of carmona. It's an old Arabic castle which has been renewed to be a luxury hotel. Best view from the bar and restaurant, and their coffee is wonderful
