I was very happy with the service provided by Casa Beethoven when I visited the store and I bought some rare music. I think the price of the music is a bit high, but I am happy to support more modern composers as I am aware it is difficult to make a living through music.
I was not very happy however, with the after sales service. I contacted Casa Beethoven about my mail order and never received a reply and fortunately they did send the goods as promised. A quick confirmation that the items have been sent would have give the customer a more peace of mind and eliminate the need to contact credit card company to reverse the charges. I also noticed that the order was sent 5 days after I made the purchase, rather than 1 day after, so that was another reason why I did not get the items as within the expected time frame.
I think there need to be a better system to inform customers about mail orders and it will be good to provide a tracking number. Also a system to properly answer after sales queries would also improve customer experience.
UPDATE: I deducted more stars because the music I received is falling apart, please see picture as attached, for a price of 30 Euros, this is totally unacceptable.response / report this review -
