I hired this company to move from central Barcelona to a town in the same province and the conditions were 3 workers + truck = € 60 / h. I previously explained everything that had to be transported, but they showed up with a large van, not a truck; so, they had to make 2 trips and apart from the price per hour they charged me € 40 for the trips plus tolls. In short, a total of 11h I had to pay the aforementioned bonuses more. A tease.

Very unprofessional. They throw the furniture in the van without any care, and without thinking before how to organize it so that everything fits (my husband had to help them because otherwise there was no way). They destroyed a new sofa and now I have to cover it with a cloth to cover the black grease stains that won't go away and several blows.
On the phone and in person they are all very kind and friendly, but in a move what matters is not so much kindness but that things arrive in the same condition as they were and it was not.response / report this review
