I am delighted with the doors, I saw the model in the exhibition and my wife and I were delighted, it is a model that is not very seen, which is what we were looking for. Our old doors were chapeli, we wanted clarity but not white. Verónica, our salesperson, gave us the choice of the entire color chart and we chose this beige color, for my very nice taste. The factory is highly recommended and the treatment has been great.

Lousy experience, inflexible and not very empathetic with the client. We bought a door for a country house and warned several times that we had to arrange the delivery since we did not live there, we even tried to get the delivery ahead of us by a few days, which they opposed. We asked for the day of vacation and we made more than 100 km so that they will deliver the door to us. No one appeared and no one told us. They say that it is a matter of the Transport company and the carrier that it was a problem of the supplying company. Do not buy from this company, if you have the possibility of doing it in a local store

Pésimo. De verdad. No compréis aquí.
Primero: el embalaje es un simple plástico sin pomoitas con lo cual dos de las puertas se han dañado en el viaje.
Segundo: me dicen que se llevarán las puertas dañadas y la tal veronica osma me dice que la agencia las recogería el lunes o el martes y hoy es jueves y nada.
Tercero: la calidad es ínfima. Los rodapiés y molduras "laminados" llevan una capa plástica que parece cinta aislante mate finísima y que se descampa y rompe con facilidad.
Cuarto: entrega con más de un mes de retraso.

Si no me solucionan lo de las puertas denuncio en consumo.

Las puertas no están mal calidad precio,yo compre 8 puertas y y tuve un pequeño golpe en una casi inapreciable y otra vino a falta de una mano de pintura y queda áspera pero solo se nota al tacto las tapetas son de 10mm qudan mejor de 13mm.el envalaje esta bien protegidas las puertas .lo peor que llevo esperando 3 semanas que me manden la pintura para tapar el golpe y alguna falta de las tapetas y no me llega nada ni me dicen nada y es una pintura que solo tienen ellos la más parecida es el ral 9003.

Producto muy bien acabado y a buen precio. He comprado las puertas lacadas blancas y me han gustado mucho, son tal y como se ven en la página web. Muy buena experiencia en general, recomendaría a todo el que me pregunte comprar aqui.

El producto y el precio aceptable. De los tres pedidos que he realizado, la entrega de los dos últimos con mucha demora. Al reclamar el pedido me dijeron que lo había perdido la agencia, que me lo enviaban por otra agencia y a los 3 días me preguntan si me pueden cambiar las medidas del producto.

MALA EXPERIENCIA Y MAL PRODUCTO
Producto muy mal acabado, tramitación mala y mensajería de pena.
Nos hicieron pagar el total del pedido, ya que la mensajería lo había recogido, y nos informaron de fecha aproximada de recepción. Después de mucho pedir el nº de seguimiento por teléfono y decirnos que nos llamarían para dárnoslo (y no hacerlo), con la cuarta reclamación, una semana después, se dan cuenta que el pedido aún estaba en su almacén. Una vez llegó, el transportista, desmontó el palet dentro del camión y empezó a bajar puertas sin ningún cuidado, viendo después que rozaron y desconcharon más de una. Pero ahí no quedó la cosa, la mejor sorpresa nos esperaba en forma de chorretón del lacado en los laterales de más de una puerta o la ausencia de lacado blanco en el perfil de 3 de ellas, en definitiva, un auténtico desastre.
Jamas volvería a comprarles y mucho menos lo recomendaría.

Aunque en las fotos no se aprecia muy bien, al ser blancas, adjunto un par de ellas.

Pésimo servicio

6 meses para realizar el pedido. Las puertas mal fabricadas, los envíos incorrectos, te dicen una cosa y hacen otra. Para nada recomendables .
