I went to Doctor Paloma Álvarez recommended by my psychologist. I loved the treatment received by her, she is kind, close and does not take care of you in a hurry and running like other psychiatrists do.

I do not doubt the professionalism of the doctors at this center, I am simply writing to complain about the hostile attitude of Dr. Rubio. I have not found a doctor in years with a more disagreeable treatment of her patients.

I have received a terrible treatment from Dra. Iluminada Rubio. He has been completely hostile, after telling him about my anxiety and asking for a flyer to see a psychologist, he told me that my insurance should not cover any psychological therapy because anxiety is a pre-existing condition. I don't understand how you can talk like this to a patient who goes for help.

I do not recommend her at all, she did not show any empathy for my situation and practically made fun of my vulnerability.

Very good professionals Close and friendly treatment in the center, from the reception to the doctors, especially in my case, of Dr. Álvarez, and the psychologist (Juan Martinez). Efficiency and seriousness. I recommend it.

Poor treatment and mediocre psychological attention.
After several sessions in this center I can confirm what I suspected in the first consultation.
Both the patient / client service (reception) and the psychology service (in my case with Dr. Cristina) leave much to be desired, I suppose that the fact of going through health insurance is the answer because I've seen in this '' Center of Psychology '' I have not seen in any other. Shameful. I do not advise it.
