Good food, nice rooms and very kind personal.
Reception was terrible. They really didn't use their common sense when interacting with us. For example we asked where and how we get to the hotel car park, and only after arriving at the car park did they tell us we needed to go back into reception to sign some paper work before being allowed in. We also asked for directions to a local market that they told us was on, once we got there the locals told us the market hasn't been running for months and is seasonal. The bar staff took a while to warm up to us, I feel the tips helped here. There is also much confusion as to what is included in the all inclusive package and what isn't. For instance the cocktails are not included, but you can order the ingredients separetly and make it yourself which I found pretty stupid. Restaurant wise the staff were very good and incredibly hard working. This did not make up for the mediocre food. Had to educate the kids on what uncooked bacon was and why not to eat it, and the amount of waiting around for food to be cooked was getting frustrating as the hotel got busier. Our room was nice and very clean. The balcony lights are on timer so if you like staying up late it's a bit inconvenient. Free WiFi is only available in the lobby for one hour a day, and the safe costs extra.
Good food good drink good staff. Very close to beach. Mainly Spanish speaking guests so don't expect uk travel agent type hotel. Most entertainment is in Spanish but enjoyable
Just arrived for a surprise getaway..hotel right on the sea front.beautifully renovated.the room is stunning with equally stunning views from the terrace which even has 2 sunbeds looking forward to dinner so will update later 😎
A very nice hotel, maybe a little bit older. Very friendly people and good service. The rooms are clean. The beach is not far away, only 5 minutes.
Good and quickly dinner, good site for go 24hours. It's open all the day
You have to pay 6 euros a day for wifi.
The food in the hotel is okay, but not worth 20 euros per person + drinks.
This is more of a children's hotel. All of he nighttime activities were for kids which we didn't mind, but we also booked a day for the spa, and there were children running around everywhere and splashing and yelling and it made the whole experience uncomfortable in a place that was supposed to be relaxing.
Beds were a bit hard. But the staff was friendly. The wifi was what really bugged me.
Really close to the beach. With awesome activities for the kids and adults.
The food in the restaurant is just okay, not good but not bad.
The personnel can be a little cold some times.
Rooms are big and clean, with nice views of the beach and a small balcony.
They have no Wi-Fi for free. It's 6€ a day what is singing nowadays they must provide, that's why I'm giving them 3 starts.
Big and corporate but has a good spa. My wife enjoyed her spa day with a friend.
We ve been already waiting one month for our 10 not cheap (!) postcards to be sent to our friends. Did they throw out them to the rubbish bin or are they too lazy to go to the post office? I and my mom feel really upset because of this.
Generally the hotel is good. I really like the looks of the hall, rooms and the swimming pool. Almost everywhere there are plants, you feel as you were in the jungle. The service is fine, but they could REALLY learn English (besides one woman in reception named Carmen).
