  I have had ADESLAS Salud for many years, now I need Toledo to authorize a PCR already reported by a doctor, and registered on his website 3 days ago. The tel. from p. It is from a commercial who does not pass the calls to his colleagues, and refers you to 900 numbers which are a continuous loop. They only attend in person. I feel abandoned.

  I went to Adeslas Toledo for an authorization and it seems that his tranquility bothered him. They didn't fix it because the system was down. I asked for information about including other family members in the insurance and he could not attend me because that issue is covered by the commercial. He picked up the phone for me to later inform me of the commercial and nothing at all. I try not to go to that office and do everything by phone and online because they don't solve anything for you there.

  Great attention received in the office in person, by phone too. Everything perfect, they have hand sanitizer at the entrance. It is fortunate to have an Adeslas office in Toledo with these workers.
