  Lovely relaxing morning with Jose,from Tropicana estates.
  His 20 years of experience is most helpful and a most pleasant and interesting person to spend time with.
  Jose gave me more of his time than I could ever of imagined in an effort to find my perfect apartment.
  I have a true friend in Jose and Tropicana estates !!!

  My friends and I travelled to Almunecar recently to visit and to also check it out as a potential place to live. Based on recommendations I read online and that I obtained via various Facebook groups, I decided to contact Tropicana Estates for their assistance. And I must say we were all very impressed with the experience! Jose was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He showed us around the old part of town where two of the properties were located, and also answered all of the questions we had about the properties and the town itself. If any of us decide to settle there, we will look to Jose and his team to assist us with the home purchase!

  We decided to buy a property in Almuñecar and e-mailed Tropicana in English with our requirements. They responded very quickly and arranged viewings of some suitable properties, one of which was perfect. Tropicana carried out the negotiation, our offer was accepted and we have now completed. Throughout the whole process, Tropicana was very professional and provided us with not only good advice , but also an excellent English speaking solicitor who has been fabulous. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

  We have had dealings with Tropicana Properties going back as far as 2008. Our experiences during that time have been professional, knowledgeable and simply outstanding customer service We were put at ease through the whole purchase process (twice) - crossing every 't' and dotting every 'i' in our absence.
  A great Estate Agency which I 100% recommend .. keep up the great work!
