Best sable in the world

A very good pastry factory. They are open 24/7 and produce high quality pastry and bakery. Perfect sable biscuits, ginger biscuits and Mille feuilles. Totally recommend it. There's no place to sit and eat, so you have to take away, but it's a pleasure in itself to watch the talented bakers there work and decorate their cakes.

They have the best oriental pastries in Egypt/Middle East that you can find! You'd never go wrong with it, I ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday and they went above and beyond not only that it looks phenomenal, it tastes even better 😋 I would recommend it for anyone who's visiting Alexandria Egypt love love love it
