Hello guys
I'm gonna book 2 rooms in this hotel,, could u please help me to know some info like if there is a beach for it? How is the service including the food and cleaning? How far from the city center and the beach?

We and my wife would not stay at this hotel again even if it was free for 2 weeks in 6 years of going to shalm the worst hotel we ever stayed in the place was that dirty u had to wipe your feet to go out people at the hotel was very nice cant fault them as u would exspect from over there food was descusting no chips till we ask had by beer to take to room changed our room soon as we got there we had mc donalds most nights del to hotel or went camel bar nama for fantastic curry never ever go there u have been warned

For the price I had paid, it's a very nice place to accommodate . Staff were helpful, room was good, but they have only a problem with the plumbing, the tap hot water wasn't clear enough. I stayed with my wife and 6 months son. Many thanks for Front office night shift.

Stay away at all costs.. This Hotel should be 1 start.. No way a 4. Booked through Thomas Cook. On arrival we was a bed short. (we wasn't the only. Family whom had this problem. We have seen 4 fights in the food area. (which by the way is the worst food ever tasted most stuff undercooked BBQ The best bit.. Thomas cook website states bar open until 00.00 they actually close at 2200 every day. There is no cocktail 🍸 on arrival.. As they don't do them. No 🍷 wine at Lunch or dinner. Manager just said we don't have any yet.. The bar & entrainment are excellent. The rest of this holiday at this hotel was utter garbage.. All inclusive not really.. As food no given out all day only at set times DO NOT GOTO THIS HOTEL.. WAY BETTER ONES IN Sharm El Sheikh Ps one of the days the poll was shut due to glass in the pool. Where a small child cut her self Oh and no free Wi-Fi 200 EGP Per week

1st time in egypt.Brilliant hotel excellent atmosphere. Mohammed pool guy is ace sets towels on sunbeds for us waiting. Brilliant entertainment team. Nothing negative about this hotel been here only 2 days and still got another 10 to do.
