This hotel is a nightmare in all aspects.. Food is tasteless and ugly, with no varieties. Restaurant has some problems in hygiene, flies are all over the place especially on the empty tea cups on the buffet.
Rooms are spacious, without any kind of facilities, only a small TV with a few channels. No minibar, air conditioning is a joke, it has a remote control actually, but you can't cintrol anything except turning the unit on or off, it doesn't even works on "cool" mode. Only on "fan" mode.
I booked all inclusive, but they don't even have a mineral water bottles. Water comes from the only mineral water dispenser that is available in the restaurant.
Pool is nice, but nobody from the staff is around to even bring you towels. Just yourself in a world of zombies..
Staff are friendly, but useless. You have to do everything by yourself, get a spoon at the restaurant, bring a glass of water, yiu can't even order a cup of coffee in you room, you'll have to get out, climb the ladder for two stories to the bar to get your coffee, which is at the end is a cup of rubbish juice.
If you like the hotel because it's close to Naama bay, please just book it on bed only basis, and get all your meals from outside.response / report this review -
