Canada Visa Office:
It was an unpleasant experience!
Employees were extremely rude and not helpful, not only to me but to other visa applicants as well.
In addition, the location of the office is horrible - a very congested area with no parking.response / report this review -

I went to apply to a Schengen visa for my trip to Austria this summer. My appointment was at 11 am, but they wouldn't let me in for half an hour because they didn't have any record of my appointment. So I waited outside (standing, because there were only about five seats for all applicants). When I did go in, I waited until 2 pm to submit my documents
I was then told to pay 1700 EGP, which includes the visa fee and apparently the service provided by VFS. There was no mention of this fee anywhere on the website, other than the 60 EUR fee for the visa itself.
Then there was the mess with the documents. My bank statement was in both English and Arabic, but the official told me to translate it any way, which cost me more money I hadn't prepared and another trip to an ATM for the translator. Then I had to print three more documents related to the bank statement (also not mentioned on the website). And through all this I got absolutely no help from the office on where I should get those documents, even though I was at least an hour away from home and they gave me an hour to finish all this.
I finished everything at 2:30 pm, even though I had arrived at 10 am. For a 500 EGP service, this is as disappointing as it gets.response / report this review -
