  Very poor customer service. Simply, they don't listen. Even when I introduced my constructive feedback to branch manager, he was neglecting and pretended to be busy by not listening. For me this is the worst experience.

  One of the worst branches in Egypt, I recommend to go the branch in the fifth settlement.

  Overly crowded and not organized. This is the least convenient of the VFS TasHeel office that serve KSA visa services. They are under staffed for the volume of daily visitors and also the proceed they are following causes even further delays. Pick a different branch and it will be better.

  خدمة سيئة ، يوجد تضارب في المعلومات عند طلب اي الاستفسار
  يصعب متابعة الطلب وأسباب الرفض
  كما انهم يستغلون المتقدمين ماديا ، مع الخدمة سيئة وعدم التعاون

  تقدمت باوراق الزوجة والأولادبتاريخ 13 / 7 بعد انهاء الكشف الطبي والتأكد من المستشفى بان النتيجة سليمة ولله الحمد وكذلك من خلال الاستعلام من موقع جامكا ولم يصلني أي رسالة من مكتب نساهيل لمعرفة ما تم حتى تاريخ 30 / 7 وردني اتصال من موظفة المكتب تخبرني بأن تقرير الكشف الطبي لم يصل القنصلية ومن ثم تواصلت مع مستشفى عناية وأخبروني بأنه تم ارسال التقرير ومسجل لديهم وسوف يعاد ارساله مرة اخرى وبالفعل أرسلوه مرة أخرى ولا أجد أي وسيلة للتواصل مع مكتب تساهيل للاستعلام فلا يظهر شيء من خلال موقع انجاز وكذلك لا أحد يرد على الجوال الذي تم الاتصال علي منه وكذلك التليفون الموحد 16161 لا يوجد به خدمة استفسار عن الخدمة وذهبت للمكتب يوم 27 / 7 ولكن منعني حارس الامن من الدخول قبل الساعة 3 عصرًا مما اضطرني للمغادرة
