The resort is very charming , the food was great .. the rooms are clean and big bed , the proplem was the resort lights are poor at night but totally was great

I went there with my family and i can tell you that we all loved it. The pools are all lovely, the beach is amazing. Snorkling is breathtaking. The food was excellent for adults and kids. The staff were helpfull. You dont need to leave the place if all you want is to relax.

I Wish there was free WiFi in the reception area, the shuttle service to namaa bay was 100 Egyptian pounds which i was told will be free. Cabs charged 50 pounds each way (£5.00) which was alright.

The worst part was the excursions, do not believe what the hotel reps tell you. I was sold trip to coloured canyons but it was much smaller red canyons, the camel ride to visit the desert bedwin was a camel ride in construction sits and meeting fake bedwins selling drinks and other crap stuff. I suggest you go to Namaa bay find a big shop and book excursions there. Also, only pay half or 75% at first. This way they will not run away from you.
