  Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not sure if they washed the dishes properly in the restaurant. But the hotel is beautiful, especially its gardens which are probably the best thing with the hotel. The beach is nice too. Food is usually quite tasteless unfortunately. But the staff are friendly.

  It was an extremly bad vacation and wasting time there
  Stuff is so rude
  The resturant smells very bad
  Food was so poor
  Nothing organized at all
  Didn't even deserve the cash we paied
  Hope no one visit this hotel again

  It is fine so far. It could be better. Our two rooms were clean. Staff responded quickly to our requests. The buffet has plenty of food but not as good for 5-stars hotel. Cleaness of public areas could be much better. With attention to details it can be better.

  We are always very welcome in Regency Plaza,the food the rooms, they take care off us perfectly.
  Osama Gamal from housekeeping and Mahmoud from lobby bar are helping any way they can.
  The staff at the swimming pool , the beach ,aqua bar and at the restaurant all were really trying there best.
