  Very professional. The customer waiting area is comfy with free wifi. I could work from there while my car is being repaired.

  they are decent and proactive, the place is clean an well organized, but prices are overrated and a little bit expensive.
  
  i gone there without any appointment around 1:30 pm and leave about 5 pm after system down issue occurred right before they print my receipt, which wasted about an hour.
  they washed the car as a good gesture, as they wash everything there.
  appointed engineers seems well educated, but unfortunately they leak the proper costumer care communication skills.
  sure i recommend it but with care, as i saw a bunch of unpleasant customer there.
