It is great hotel , but it's restaurants need to improve more and add more options otherwise everything are Great

One of The most comfortable hotel in sharm el sheikh. And the staff is so friendly. I suggest this hotel to who want to spend a good time.

Nice place, old building with 3 pools and private beach. Food qualify for 2 🌟 Staff are perhaps lack training. Annoying salesmen chasing customer everywhere. Ironically, despite being offered a membership, nonetheless, the Savoy Club manager doesn't take care of problems, unless you make Communications with Director General of the hotel.
In short, very poor guest quality with complete restorable behavior upon contacting director general who likely will not return calls Except from Authorities!!

Spent 4 nights here on my very first trip to Sharm and it was such an amazing experience. Everything was impeccable. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were offered a complimentary ride to the hotel where we were greeted with refreshing cold towels and drinks. Check in was fast and Mr George was kind enough to draw my attention to the availability of a cheaper rate for my room as an Egyptian and it saved us a lot! The whole place is bursting with luxury and the attention to detail is unmatched. Our suite was spacious with a jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Soho square one of the best outings in Sharm you can request a club car to take you there or pick you up around the clock. Drinks and snacks were offered in the lobby all day free of charge if you needed a pick me up in between meal times or just to sit down and unwind. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Staff were really friendly smiling all the time and made us feel really welcome. When they added "Royal" to the hotel's name they delivered and lived up to our expectations and more. Already planning another stay during spring break! Absolutely recommended.

Thank you so much.i spend a great time in your hotel..Luxury place ,very clean.very polite staff..great variety of food..and for the option Hard all inclusive i had whatever i wanted to eat and drink.i love it .the pools are very clean and the beach.just perfect.The spa.i can not explain in words.just perfect.many treatments..from different cultures .i tried many of them in 5 days when i was there.so thank you again for all the staff of Savoy.You made my vacation perfect.see you very soon. I am in love with this dream place.Best in Sharm.👍👏

The hotel is nice, the staff is pleasant and the service is excellent. We had a good time and enjoyed the beach and evening programs at Soho square. I respect the management of this hotel. They are very responsive and attentive to customer concerns. We plan to return to this hotel to enjoy being there for more days.

Excellent hotel. The best I have experienced. Very Professional & friendly staff.Extremely clean rooms. Clean every where. Great beach area. Good value for money. The Royal Savoy is truly Royal.
