Very good place, v friendly staff, early check in, wonderful sea view specially in 600x rooms
Very good resort for vacation, people there are so helpful & nice , you don't need to get away of there, you've a lot of activities to do through all the day between pools, animation team activities, bars and restaurants, i liked it so much.
Good quiet hotel but dosnt deserve that rate on booking
Beach is small but nice food quality is uniqe in the resturant but rooms are old and require maintaince
Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Clean, delicious food, beautiful view. Professional receptionist. Thank you for great time.
Very nice place and friendly stuff we had much pleasure there also a small play ground for kids and a kids club.
This hotel was fantastic. The facilities were fantastic and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast we great. They have a beach with lots of coral. Overall, I hated Sharm el Sheikh, except for this hotel. If you are going to Sharm for a holiday and want to be pampered, I highly recommend this place.
Great hospitality
Service is awesome
An OK hotel. Good / Fair / Fair (why does Google doesn's separate Poor/Fair option???)
This is my 4th time in Egypt, so I think I have a decent point of reference.
Pretty quiet, though from our room we can hear loud noise of construction nearby (done in this hotel) even at 10pm.
Rooms are used up and in desperate need of renovation. Instead of doing a proper room cleaning stuff makes figures with towels
The hotel has lots of greenery with pretty flowers.
The beach is small and doesn't have enough space or even beach chairs for everyone. The water entrance on the jetty is easy. The house reef is ok for snorkeling but I've seen better.
There are a couple of swimming pools (one of them is heated) with plenty of space around.
The animators are fun and friendly.
There is nothing around the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to Naama, Soho or old town for shops etc.
There is a diving and free diving center in a neighboring hotel. Because of the free diving training equipment nearby in the sea - there are lots of free divers at the hotel.
The food is overall good, but you need to be in the restaurant at an opening time, otherwise you risk not having the most delicious food that they have.
Most guests seem to be Russian and Italian, thought there are people from other countries too.
On a big downside note, someone was looking though our suitcases (which were locked but easily open if you know how), most likely it was room cleaning guy. Nothing was stolen, but still very unpleasant. BTW, rooms are equipped with a safe, but it is small to fit a laptop, though big enough for iPad etc.
Overall the stay was ok, but I definitely won't go back here.
