The reception is always important. The floors were dusty and the washrooms had yellow stains. The lounge chairs were in terrible conditions. As I approached my room, there were mosquito fragments squished on the walls. Disgusting. The air ventilator in the washroom was the only reason why mosquitos entered my room. I had to use Raid which was nice, but unpleasant at the same time. The swimming pool is a mess. It is so dirty. Where are the people that use nets to clean to the pool? When I was there, there was a can at night in the pool. I woke up the next morning seeing it there too. There were stains in the towels and the bed sheets. The mini zoo is just stupid. It's not clean. Speaking about customer service, the employees were just great. The beach was even better. I suggest that someone clean the mattresses on the beach chairs. Where are the lifeguards? The restaurant food was pretty boring. I can cook better by just searching up new recipes online from different cultures. In a table of 4, there were 2 glasses. There should be 4. The day, I was leaving, I saw the board members of the hotel. That day, the employees started to clean the reception. The food quality was slightly better. If a board member is reading this then I think that you visited this hotel on August 25th. This hotel has the potential to be good, but you need to increase your employees and the quality of your services. Never going there again.

So bad..not clean at allpoor resturant..poor staff ..dirty rooms wz bad smell..dirty towels..mosquitos every where..soooooo expensive place to its price..i will not even try to repeat it again.

Food is good with varieties. Sea is very clear. However, there is no other activities than swimming and relaxation at beach.

Budget place for people who like quite places , very excellent value for money , but not luxurious at all. Service is average, food is average or a bit less , 3 stars are very fair.

One of the best places for refreshment in the weekends for the cairo residents. You can have a worry free short calming vacation here
