Good hotel with a good restaurant and big pool but rooms are far from elevator and stairs,u have to walk for long distance

Less than average due to the internet. There is nk internet connection in the room. Only in the lobby area where it's very slow. The food is average. There are huge pool , wonderful sandy beach, spa and casino with good shisha😁

The services and amenities are not equal to the price paid. You expect really more with the money you paid. It is not bad but below expectations. Really needs improve to match the level of a real 5 star hotel.

Very very very bad food unbelievable.
Never ever back again.
In 2016 was better than this year.
All meat is Brazilian.
Sweets were nightmare.
Cakes made from bad butter.
Bread was OK.
Orient sweets not belongs to any sweet.
Staff was perfect and tried to do all the best.
Last year was perfect.
This year was nightmare.
Finally not recommended this hotel at all.
If only take for B&B it is OK.
But with half board not at all.

The beach is the best I found in Soukna! It is more clean and less rocky. Went there for day use.

Ridiculously horrible pool manager who does not have the basics of customer service mentality. He insulted many customers and does not know his job. Management refused to intervene because they said no one can do anything to his behaviour.

Food is bad.
Furniture is in bad condition.
No valet parking.
Drinks at the beach are cheaply made.

One or two stars is too much for it.

My favourite place for a vacation. Perfect sceneries, pretty entertaining animation team, a sea-like pool, a beautiful beach, amazing food and the staff are really nice, tho the sea was sort of not that deep but it's clean and quiet enjoyable.
