Management was very rude. Upon arriving I was told that I could not get a room "because the hotel was overbooked". After showing the hotel manager my reservation, he got an attitude, asked me to have a seat and dealt with about 13 other people. After an hour and a half, I finally got up and asked him what the status was, and he told me that they were almost complete. Finally I got a room, but they would not accept my credit card, they said that the machine wasn't working and that I had to pay cash.

I was not aware that I had to pay on arrival. It was very inconvenient that I had to go and get cash after sitting for an hour and a half.

The rooms are very basic. There was absolutely NO hot water. My curtains were torn, so I was not able to fully close them. No privacy. There was a metal rusted piece sticking out of the shower that somebody could easily be injured on. The phone was not functional. The comforter was torn up. No soap or shampoo was provided, I had to ask housekeeping for that, and they seemed very annoyed when I asked them. The door to the adjoining room would not lock, and when I informed the front desk of it, he told me that maintenance will come to fix it, but they never did. So I had to shove all of my suitcases up against it to keep the door closed.

The kitchen/restaurant was only open for a very limited hours each day. The food selection was not very good. When I had food delivered, the front gate guard would not let the delivery guy past the gate. I have to walk all the way downstairs and across the complex to get to the gate.

Overall the experience was absolutely horrible. For $40 a night I could've easily stayed at the Sheraton instead.

I would not recommend this resort.

The place itself is perfect it's like accommodating in your own house in a luxurious compound. Decorations are amazing. But services are not.

Hotel is let say OK, service is good, food are more or lees OK, beach is far away you need shuttle bus to go to beach or to walk 20 minutes, so if you like to be on Naama bay you can find better hotel,.

Splendid hotel. They have large room, pool. message, disco, place of amusement where every day staff entertainment guests. Free bus to beach. At beach they had apart place from other hotel. On beach is also restaurant and a entertainment. Ex. exercise or Belly dance course.
    I been 6 time there.
