My experience with this bank in the last 10 years was really bad. Starting from my visa card that was issued for 3 consecutive times and never delivered to the unwelcoming atmosphere that their staff treats you with. In addition, I couldn't get any information on my account via AlAhly phone because the system is either down or they are updating data. Don't recommend it.
