  Very poor reception service.

  Each and every time I go for my routine check up, I'd have to wait for 2 hours or even some times more than that l, although I always have a prior appointment.
  The one time I have had an eye surgery they made me wait for almost 6 hours.
  Most of the reception and nursing staff is extremely rude and very slow.
  They have no Covid-19 regulations or whatsoever, the hospital is always uncontrollably crowded, no prior appointment is taken into consideration and there is no safe distancing between the patient.
  I've complained multiple times even before the pandemic because of their very poor time consideration and they always say that they will contact me and none of this has ever happened nor have they taken care of the complaint.

  worst hospital to visit, unqualified Doctors, nurses, Admin,they can not write 3 sentences in English, you wait for anything forever , Doctor's coming late , they don't deserve even one star, scammers. you go out from it sick

  Every time I visit the hospital I keep waiting for 2 hours till the doctor arrives, whoever the doctor is. They don’t respect time at all. They are new style doctors. Young and fresh graduates 😔

  Went for an annual eye sight measurements: HALF AN HOUR wait from the booking appointment time till the 1ry evaluation by a nurse to obtain the primary numbers, another HOUR for the ophthalmologist evaluation, who ordered a cycloplegic eye drops to be applied then re-evaluate the results after 1/2 an hour that ended up being A WHOLE OTHER HOUR !!!
  Isn’t TWO & HALF HOURS so much for a routine checkup that shouldn’t by any means take more than 45 minutes?!
  This bureaucracy will ruin the hospital’s reputation, you can easily INVEST in increasing number of workers & doctors resulting in a higher satisfaction rates & happy customers that recommend the hospital to their social circle
  - Entering customers should be given a number allowing them to refer to the receptionist after calling them unlike the current situation where 5-6 people are standing their at a time !
  - Water dispenser should be kept at higher level because children are playing with it !

  Trusted visions checking, also optics shop available with very good and professional services for glasses and contact lenses , having many brands of medical frames and sunglasses,

  Magrabi foundation interested in community eye problems, trying their best to eliminate them by training physicians and holding training sessions for strengthening their abilities to educate and screen more people searching for serious high risk group diseases, that's why I joined it for four priceless days.
  Four stars only because I didn't go there as a patient.
