This is my review based TWO ROOMS on a 3-Night night stay in late September 2017.
1. I had the AC draining over our heads 4 3 nights;
2. Housekeeping enforced us to leave the room before even to check-out
3. We were begging to request the Club-Car;
4. Food was not that healthy even you are using un-healthy dirty plastic spoons for hot drinks;
5. It was “Tip to Go”;
6. No bathrooms available for pools;
7. Animation Team looks like enforced to do their work, and do not respect guests properly as they were always looking after their issues i.e. mobile, calls, and their target was to bring clients for discos and night-clubs.
8. Furniture is totally used and worn out specially the wood items
9. the whole entire resort owns ONLY 1 (Club- Car) .
10. The whole Resort owns ONLY 1 Club-Car – You will beg to use it!
11. I hardly believe that they add water to milk and one of the waiters told me that they use the cheapest milk in the market
12. No shower-gel, No Shampoo, No Hot Water, No Tissue
13. Doors are very loose that you may find a stranger opens and enters your room any-time.
14. One of the HK staff said to me “However, I am a staff here, I rate my hotel less than 3-Star”
15. Staff with their Hotel Name Tags displayed are using the same Gusset Restaurant
16. Guests serve themselves over the pools, and bring food from restaurants
17. The Valuable Items Cabinet was NOT working, and we kept calling the reception, but nobody attend
18. Beach is NOT a Normal Sandy Beach - You can not use more than 50 cm or little more out of the shore due to the hard-sharp rocks.

Great place so close to SOHO square just 5 mins on foot ..
I enjoyed my stay there .. the view, pools, food, rooms, service, and everything else is wonderful

It was a great place. Everyone was nice. The only issue I had was at first it was crowded so I count get my room until it cooled down a little

I love the relaxing pool, it's right by the beach and you can actually see it from there. The beach is beautiful, u literally swim between beautiful colorful fish. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is outstanding. I came here with my dad from America, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone , it's fun for all ages.
