Great place and good location, nice little balcony, great service, especially if the owner is there.
A very individual Hotel, not a big chain Hotel. The owner is nearly every day there and takes care personally that everything is fine. Rooms clean and OK. Not modern but has it owns flair.
Rustic, low light, Egyptian food.
Not just a Hotel but a place to be called home away from home. You can feel the love for details and how much thought the owner put into creating this place. It instantly calls you down when coming home from a busy day around the city. It's very quiet which is something you will start appreciating when in Cairo. The staff is very friendly and well-trained, whatever wish or problem I had was fulfilled in a fast and easy way. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Cairo!
Fantastic hotel. Great vibe and decor. Feels like it is from another era. Recommend it greatly
Sympathisches Hotel in guter Lage.
Great little hotel in a convenient but quiet part of central Cairo. Comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The proprietor very "hands on". Shall definitely stay at the Longchamps next time I am in Cairo.
Given the press that Cairo receives internationally, it is nice to know that if you should find yourself in that city, there is a haven of peace and safety where you can turn. And it is affordable! Hebba runs an amazing hotel in Zamalek, which is a neighborhood that is itself an oasis of relative calm. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. Some have views of the nearby apartment buildings, but there never was a noise issue from them. The breakfast was good, and the food-serving facilities were clean. Wi-fi worked well. We also had the management help book us a driver to take us out to the various pyramid sites and this was a good decision that helped keep us within our budget.
This quaint hotel has character and charm. The owners are committed to making your stay pleasant and are very helpful. The breakfast is especially enjoyable. The location is in the heart of some of the best restaurants in Cairo. Everything is just a short cab ride away. The only issue is that most cab drivers do not know where it is, so you need to give them the card supplied by the hotel with the map on the back. If you are looking for a place in a good location that is not a cookie cutter hotel room, then this is the place for you.
