  corporate customer service related to trade transactions is a big disaster we are loosing money on each shipment because of the careless attitude of our account manager, they do not answer mail, phones (cell and landlines), SMS, or any kind of communications even if you go personally most probably no one will care to get downstairs to see what you want. I am sorry to say that but services are getting worse and worse
