To be honest I did not like it at all. If you think u r going to stay at a real 4 stars hotel, then I'm sorry to tell u that u r completely wrong. I think it should be 2 stars I am talking regarding to the room style and stuff. Old TV completely old style. Good location
I would say that u will pay extra at least 1/3 of the showing price. I know it's clearly showing when u r booking but I was not expecting all of that.
Egyptian people are very very very very nice people. But u always have to be generous with them to enjoy what ever u want.response / report this review -

Everything outside the room was great. The service, restaurant,pool was all fantastic. The room was ok but a little dirty. The mai. It would've been great if they didnt play this INSANELY load music on the patio area that shook even my 4th floor room till after midnight! Apparently sleep is not valued at this hotel

The room had Good space, liked the swimming pool and breakfast area, it used to be a Sheraton and I was pleasantly surprised how they try to maintain their standards , and the location of the whole hotel was somewhat strategic

Very nice stuff kind helpful place is very very nice design but old and need to renew and upgrade. Room very big than other hotels. fantastic swimming pool food many variety can say okay.. Location is very good for people who plan to visit pyramids and historic places.

The hotel is very, very old and everything is worn, dirty or needs a lot of maintenance or replacement like all matresses.
In result of bad cleaning my wife got alergy thus we had to change the room but in the end we had to leave that hotel. Only the breakfast is worth 2 stars. Why somene gave this place 5 stars is totally implausible.
Update: We had to leave the hotel as the manager let us choose one out of the worst rooms they have. So we left the Hotel due to sickness and the manager refused to reimburse for the not taken days or the bad days that they gave us. We can only warn you about the worst hotel we ever was.response / report this review -

worst hotel ever! for me it is a bad experience, i got a sever dust allergy because of poor cleaning (especially carpets, matresses) and hygiene measures, bed bugs and mites. Like many people i have mild dust allergy, but i never had such strong allergy before like the one i got in this hotel, i was about to call the emergency as i had difficulty in breathing. Although i had taken antiallergic medicine and changed to other room, it didn't help because all rooms are similar with very dusty carpets. Then we decided to move out to another hotel. Amarente hotel didn't refund us the room costs even for the remaining paid days of our stay that we are not there anymore, although health damage caused to me is sufficient reason to refund, it is guest's rights. It is very bad. The hotel is really not prepared to host guests with health problems like Asthma or chronic lung diseases. In addition the hotel is very old and needs a lot of maintanance and renovations. The night club is close to rooms and music is always too laud. The only thing that we were satisfied with was the breakfast which deserves 2-3 stars.

Horrible place terrifying area dirty all they have is a nice pool area, other then that rooms are completely dirty and old, the bed sheets are yellow, we couldn't sleep cause we were itching the whole night probably from bed bugs, the restaurant service one of the worst we had, we went in on this huge restaurant with no one single soul inside and I tried to replace the vegetables from French fries they said no, then they served us some bread probably from 2 days before, all smooched, I wouldn't go back or recommen this place to anybody, the toilet seat was broken, mold everywhere, the elevator didn't have a glass on the door , was like making part of a prank on a freak show
