Management was disagreeable. The staff was kind and wonderful but I can't say enough negative things against the reception desk management. I traveled all over Egypt by myself and didn't have a single ounc of trouble with any hotel, airline, train, taxi, guides, or police until my stay with these people. One person is allowed to stay until an hour before your flight and another has to check out of a half empty resort at noon. The manager obviously want trained in nuances and customer service.

Very big, and clean Hotel! Helpful and Kind Vaiters. Lot of stairs, amazing seaview. Not to mutch seafood, the restaurant have to reserve before eat.
