  To sir/madam
  I had an appointment today 5th October at the embassy to present my application for a Turkish visa, I made this appointment almost one month ago, I came all the way from Minia which is a 4-hour drive to cairo to apply only to find that the embassy is closed today!
  Shouldn’t I be informed in advance that this day is a holiday and be rescheduled?!
  I was told by a security guard to come on Sunday instead but I am on call at work and I can only come on Monday.
  So this means I won’t get my visa until 16th October and I already booked my trip for 1st November and I still need to get the security authorisation. Is there anyway for you to speed up the process and get my visa sooner than that?
  I really hope you respond to me as soon as possible.

  Bad waiting area. no queue for passport delivery, they just let ladies get in first which ia not fair. need to wait for 6 weeks to get an appointment and finally my visa was issued with validity starts after 8 weeks which complicated the process of getting the security permission التصريح الامني

  No one answers, numbers online all dont work in cairoits ridiculous, i have an emergency and the phone numbers dont work, and the old ones are not removed very horrible
