  Worst embassy and worst experience ever. If there was a zero rating I would have given it to them. They don't even deserve a star.
  
  To start with, the Vodafone embassy service they switched to provides the worst service ever, Charging you 3.5LE per minute and making you do several 20minute calls before you can book an appointment.
  
  I had to travel to the Irish embassy in Alexandria to get an appointment. All the appointments in Cairo were not available until 2 months.
  
  I submitted all my documents and other irrelevant documents that no other embassy asks for and they didn't give me my visa on the last working day before my trip because their system was down. I lost about 8 thousand pounds on my non refundable ticket because of their stupid system.
  
  Completely unacceptable service and unprofessional staff. I've been traveling to Irelnd for years to see my family who live there and are Irish citizens and now I don't want to go to Ireland again because of them.

  And they ask u to talk to fodavone embassies service for any visa advises and they r bloody unsufle as well kepp saying ring us back to pay more money to them service for ay

  This has to be the WORST Embassy and am embarrassment to Ireland. I have needed assistance for 3 weeks now and there is still no-one to be contacted. I have tried phoning every number but there is no-one to answer the phones and all of the mailboxes are too full to leave a message. The one time I was able to leave a message nobody called me back. I have e-mailed every address that I can find and still I have not heard anything! You would hope that when you are living in an unstable country like Egypt, and especially in Cairo that you would have an Embassy that are contactable when you need them!

  Back office and window employees are so nice, supportive and professional as well. It is recommended that u target this place with a taxi rather than using your own car, that is due to the fact is that zamalek is getting crowded over the time
