  There are a few things I care about. Responsiveness, care, commitment and expertise.
  I write to 5-6 of the best Diving centers from Sharm El Sheikh to Dahab. Tanis of Desert Divers was the first to respond and had the best prices. Her email was the most detailed with exactly a itinerary that I was looking for (it was a long detailed email).
  
  There was no hidden fees, consistent email even after I paid my down payment and later when I arrived, the entire amount. consistently making sure I had what I needed and would be able to make it to the bus to take me to Cairo.
  
  And the Adventure!!! I had an amazing time with Teriq(sp?) who guided me to 8 dives in 3 days including the Blue Hole WOW
  
  I can't more highly recommend them and will be coming back next May to dive with them.

  2 Day Camel Trek in the Sinai Desert
  
  From the cool waters of Dahab Desert Divers plunged me and my family into the home of the Bedouin, the Sinai desert. Before meeting our camels it was time to have a cup of tea, and no that did not mean stopping in at a normal café, it meant stopping in at a Bedouin village, sitting round a small fire and sipping tea whilst being offered a local breakfast of fresh goats cheese and naan bread. The children came to join us, and brought over their baby goat to handle whilst the other goats continued to potter around the Bedouin hut. We found our camels with a Bedouin encampment in the heart of the desert. The young boys and girls from the encampment joined us for lunch. And then we were off! Taking us on our high vantage points over sand dunes, between rocky mountains, and through the boundless desert to one of the oldest Bedouin settlements, these camels were a pleasure to ride, giving an experience of riding so unlike that of horses; such is the ease and speed of the camel's desert plod. This is an opportunity which is so rare in our world today. It is to experience the living of man without machine in the harshest of environments.

  Desert Divers could not have been easier to organise a trip with, we emailed them and told them how many days we wanted to do on the camel trek and they arranged everything for us. They got a fantastic guide for us and he took us into the desert. We went to some Bedouin settlements, where actual Bedouins live not the fake ones you see in Dahab. They still live a nomadic lifestlye for at least three quarters of the year, and our camel trek traced one of the routes that the herders use to take their goats and sheep. The scenery is stunning, very varied and mountainous. The food was great and sleeping out under the stars was very memorable. And of course very secure we never felt unsafe at any stage during our two week stay in Egypt. Go and Visit!

  My family and I organised a camel trek in the desert through Desert Divers, and it was a fantastic trip. They arranged three Bedouin guides for us who drove us out into the desert, and then put us on camels which we rode for two days, spending the night sleeping out in the open which was a really memorable experience. Everything was perfectly organised, and the trip was a lot of fun. We are a family of 6 and normally quite difficult to arrange but they took really good care of us. The food was great, the guides were very welcoming people, and gave us a really interesting insight into the life of nomadic people in the Sinai. Getting to Dahab was really simple, you can fly to Sharm and then get a taxi, or take a bus from Cairo (This is done through the GoBus website, the bus station is called 'Ramsis-Hilton'). The journey is about 10 hours overnight, and very cheap. As for security the bus was stopped at checkpoints for searches on the route, and dahab itself was totally safe, and very quiet/idyllic. We never felt in any danger at any point, there are big headlines about Egypt but in reality the people there really want tourists, and are so so welcoming to any that come and visit. We loved it and will hopefully come back in the future to do some diving with Desert Divers.

  Great climbing trip! One cool and clever teacher, a beautiful place with several routes and ascending difficulty, good equipment and open-fire-made tea for the breaks between the tours. Routes/bolts in perfect condition and very nice personnel at the beach for some more tea and talk before and after. And, considering transport, trainer, tea and everything, at a price making one ashamed being used to german climbing tuition fees.

  I can highly recommend Desert Diving.
  
  The vibe is super chilled, and besides from the diving, the place offers great climbing experiences in the desert, and yoga-classes at the Lvovich Art Cafe across the beach (which had really great food too).
