I’ve been here eating Sushi at “one oak”. The place is specious with a touch of a warm modern Interior. The service and staff can’t be better. Thank you.

It has Starbucks, Levantine and tge best steak in Zayed, One Oak.
Nice small lake with cafes seats surrounding it.

Nice place to have a cup of coffee in the early morning where it's not crowded..have a nice view on a minature lagoon.

Great place that has various restaurants (Indian food, Sushi and other). It also has Diwan bookstore and a lovely place to sit outside with small fountains. Great for gatherings.

I am big fan of Tivoli and I like being there in the outdoor space. Most restaurants are very good.
