Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortably large with a sitting area and a deck. The large swimming pool was beautiful. Early mornings are a treat with the beautiful blue pool and the gardens. Breakfast had a huge spread of continental and freshly prepared eggs in various styles. The dining staff was helpful and courteous.
The property is huge in terms of space. So the walking from the reception area to the rooms may take some time. Mosquitoes too were an issue. WiFi connectivity was slow in the rooms, better near the reception area.
Overall, a pleasant experience ! Would recommend this place ! :)response / report this review -

Beautiful grounds, gardens and pool area. Rooms are satisfactory, breakfast and dinner are good. Take mosquito repellent, they're everywhere. Staff were friendly and the price was good value.

This hotel is one of the least expensive hotels near Pyramids area and the are many offers including full board stay with 3 meals.

Never ever visit it again,
As a honeymooners they charged us with extra money for professional camera allowance, despite our two nights reservation.
The room was disgusting, plumbing was sooo bad, we had a serious water leakage & never fixed. Room service was bad and lazy to get our coffee at room because they said it would take to much time so it would be cold. Continental breakfast at our room was egg & jam for honeymooners. highly not recommended this Hotel for us again.response / report this review -

Lousy squeaky furniture.
Bad attitude at reception.
They ask you to keep your ID at the reception desk during stay.
They ask you for cash even if you sign room service check.
The bed linen is worn out.
The TVs are obsolete.

Terrible place with awful service. Not clean rooms, very rude staff and most of room services are not working. Definitely not recommended.

Really nice hotel. I stayed at this hotel in 2009 and I really enjoyed the hospitality shown by the staff. The hotel is also very close to the Pramids
