First of all, the current (April 2015) position of the hotel in the Google Maps is wrong. The hotel is several kilometers further to the north-east, almost opposite from the Hyper One shopping center, in a fenced residential area (or future residential area, because it is still largely under construction). Some taxi drivers have trouble finding the place. If you have a GPSr, the coordinates are N30° 01.316' E31° 00.864'.

The hotel is not expensive, we had a nice and clean studio, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is just one important problem, and that is the internet connection. The first day the wifi did not let us even log on (the password the staff gave us did not help), later on it did let us in but it either did not provide the internet connection, or the connection was unbearably slow. After two days the hotel had IT people there work on it, and for one day it worked very well. Then it went down again. Normally this would be of extreme importance to me and it would kill all the advantages of the hotel. Fortunately, right at the airport I bought a Vodafone-EG SIM card for my cell phone, plus a data package (1.2 GB), alltogether for 45 EGP, and it worked smoothly everywhere I came in Cairo. So I did not depend on the hotel wifi this time.

Another thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It is fine but a bit monotonous, as you get the same stuff every morning. Also, you have to wait until they bring it to you. I would prefer if the food was on a table and we could serve ourselves. Then I would not then those dishes that I did not want to eat.
