  It was very nice. Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant had really good food. Would totally ho back :)

  3 days spend in deluxe room
  very boutique place, all stuff is solid and pretty good designed.
  some cabinets creaks (old but antique)
  not enough light
  were problems with ventilation, high moisture in the bath, which is very small.
  you can hear your neighbors (especially during sex ;-))
  staff is lovely and helpful
  breakfast - 4*

  Reasonable price, simple but clean rooms. Building is nice with great wooden architecture. To have peta cost 20eur extra which was surprisingly much.

  Good food but not exceptional, nice but slow service (the usual for Tartu), the selection on the menu is nice but not extensive, and the architecture is nice without any buts.
