Firstly, when we arrived we asked where is the private parking that they mentioned on their website (and free secure parking in the courtyard according to booking). They said that we should park on the public parking lot near by the hotel (it was full on Saturday evening). Receptionists were little bit lost and it took quite a lot time to find our keycards. After really confusing directions to our room, the roomkeys didn't work. The room was quite old fashioned and we didn't get the room that we booked (queensize bed) instead we got twin bed room. Sheets were hard and there were no extra pillows. Bathroom was untidy and we found an empty shower gel bottle from the floor. One good thing was that the room was quiet and there were no noises disturbing the sleep. There weren't many options in the breakfast and the food and the room was cold. Besides, it was hard to find the restaurant due to lack of the signs.

Good location, in the very centre. My stay was a total disaster. They refused to accept my credit card without chip. During the booking process nothing was mentioned about payment means. The lady at the reception told it was MY PROBLEM. No offer how to settle the problem, just my problem. Very impolite to cause problems to their guests.

Nice and tidy hotel, basic rooms. Old building in good condition. Excellent location in the middle of the Tartu old town. The receptionist was never there. You have to call with the phone on the desk to get her. Twice. Maybe three times. Maybe not the right place if you are very demanding. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Номер красивый и уютный. В номере оказалась сауна,что приятно удивило))Доброжелательный персонал,бесплатная парковка,прекрасный завтрак.Рекомендую))

Номера хорошие. Умеренная цена. Большая часть культурных памятников в шаговой доступности. Есть пандус и подъемник для инволидов. Говорят на русском

What a wonderful hotel in the university center. Large, clean rooms. Wonderful staff and managers who greeted me as I entered and exited the hotel. My stay in August 2012 was quiet at night too. The buffet breakfast was hugh and filling. The variety of different foods was broad too. I hope to return again to the Draakon.
