What an FANTASTIC hotel. I arrived and the staff was immediately friendly and welcoming. I had two bottles of water in the room and was told I may have more upon request. They are happy to set up any tours or excursions for you. The room was lovely. Well appointed. Touches that evoke the feel of history with the luxuries of today.

Notice the picture of the romantically etched mirror with the old fashioned look telephone, lamp and alarm clock (next to the bed).

The buffet breakfast is really good. They offer you any style eggs and pancakes a la carte (but cost included). The flowers were a fresh touch and everything in this hotel gives a sense of charming luxury. I had dinner there as well and the meat was perfection. Beautifully plated.

The staff bears mentioning twice since every staff member that I interacted with was really pleasant. Thoroughly recommended!

Luxury hotel in the heart of the Old Town. Bed was extremely comfy and room was spacious. In spa the main pool was big enough to swim some strokes and the hot tub was relaxing. Only little minus was that the receptionist in the spa couldn't find any cups us for drinking water. Check-in and out were fast.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city. Customer service could be better. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi area is great.

A wonderful stay here. Exceptional staff at every turn; knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Beautiful, nicely sized, well stocked rooms with the comfiest bed going. Hotel bar is small but adequate and great bartenders. Spa similarly small but well equipped with good treatments available. Amazing breakfast (particularly the tower of macaroons), perfect location🤘

Perfect location if you want to visit the Old Town. Chique interior, cute Spa area, friendly and efficient service in Spa. Receptionists checking in could be more helpful, no information given about the hotel while I was checking in.

Very comfortable rooms, perfect location for exploring the old town, yummy breakfast and friendly staff. Spa and pool is a nice place to relax for an hour though I wasn't blown away by the massage.

The hotel is right in the middle of the old city, and the decor is really suited for such a historic place. The room service was good, and the staff were extremely helpful. I really liked the old fashioned looking phone in the room!

A nice hotel in the heart of Tallinn. Room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a choice of various pillows. It has a nice retro design. Swimming pool and saunas are free of charge and offer a great relaxation. Breakfast was top class. Staff were friendly and helpful.
