A tale of two halves. When I arrived by Uber and entered the average looking reception I was not so impressed - all very standard and it remained like that until I was shown my room. Then I understood KAPOW! Absolute luxury with such attention to detail for the paying guests: from the way the water flowed from the taps into the flat bowl, to the choice of pillows to the opaque glass separating the bath from the room. Brilliant. Oh! And the viewamazing. The bar on the 11th floor is worth a visit if only to see the sculptured waterfall. Is it meant to be a rocket or probe or something else? But make sure you stay and have a cocktail made by the attentive staff and watch the sun go down over the city. Enjoy every luxurious minute.

The rooms are very nice so is the breakfast. The spa area is a bit small. The view from the highest floor is awesome. Location in the city is good.

Highest hotel in Tallinn, so get ready for an awesome view over the city. Old town is about a 15min walk. Nicely designed rooms with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was good as wellalthough even at half capacity in the breakfast room, the personnel could barely cope with the pressure. But extra points for housekeeping: very efficient and true perfectionists.
The spa was okbut actually you cannot call it a spa. A spa is a place for tranquilitysince they allow children to run, play & scream in there constantly (not once, but every single time I was there)I would call it a ‘pool & kids play room’but not a spa.

Excellent hotel. Nothing bad to Say About it. It was complete luxury for us. The room was big and clean and the personel Very polite and welcoming. One of the things I Also Will remember this hotel by is the excellent Breakfast. So Many choices. The hotel is Very close to the old town of Tallinn. We walked there and it was About 2 km.

Very nice and contemporary 4⭐️ hotel, rather expensive, but of very high standard. Hotel is near the city center, a 10min. walk from Old town. Rooms are very well equipped including coffee machine with delicious coffee. The staff is very kind and professional.

Exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable staff. Felt very welcomed and taken care of. Happy to have been a guest at the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding, and be sure to check out the sauna!

Excellent hotel. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. All staff is very considerate and friendly. The rooms are modern with an amazing view. The bar at the top and the spa are also outstanding. I can unconditionally recommend this hotel!

I've been on many hotels in Tallinn, but this is by far greatest hotel. Staff are super nice and rooms are just beautiful. I've made some special requests for the room and hotel answered to them all. Come here and add little luxury to your trip.

Amazing staff, very friendly, and the room had a stunning view of the seaside. We were give an early check in due to our very early flight and the staff was very helpful with that. Breakfast had a great buffet offering. The hotel is very reachable from the airport (bus stop litteraly on front of it) and about 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. Also, it is close to a big shopping mall and within walking distance from the pier. The restaurant, horizon, offers some stunning views and great food.

Fantastic rooms situated downtown Tallinn close to harbour and Old Town. Executive suites are the best. Been here a few times and it never disappoints.

Nice hotel, great rooms and amenities. The staff needs to be more experienced and service minded to become a 5 star hotel, but in all, a really good hotel.
